- RCRenos ChristouApr 22, 20231.0I went in 16:45 to be told they close 16:30 in the week, despite saying 17:00 everywhere online including post office website. So I came back today in Saturday which says 09:30-13:00 to be told by the owner it’s closed on Saturdays. So I asked when I should come to collect my parcel given I work mon-Fri 09-17:00. His reply ‘that’s your problem. Not mine’

He also serves whilst taking a mobile phone call, so he's not very attentive and hence very unprofessional. If it was not my closest post office, I would totally avoid!

Twently minutes later no staff had turned up and I had to leave as otherwise I'd be late for work. The man in the shop part tried calling the member of staff several times whilst I was waiting but got no answer. Awful service! I will not be going back.
